Helena has been nominated by SAMRO to the Board of Trustees of the newly-formed Performers’ Organisation of South Africa (POSA) that will focus on introducing needle time in SA for the benefit of all performers and introducing music co-ops into rural areas throughout the country. The other members on the Board are: Sibongile Khumalo, Judith Sephuma, Coenie de Villiers, Concord Nkabinde and Ernie Smith.

Helena will be shooting her first DVD this year on 9 March in the Centurion Theatre to a live audience. She has released nine CDs to date. The DVD will be released countrywide at the end of March. Tickets are available at Computicket or at (012) 664-7859.
